Pianist and composer Ari Erev’s Trio presents fresh and rich Jazz arrangements for carefully-selected "Classic Repertoire" of Israeli songs composed by some of the best composers of the Israeli popular music - the composers of the “Israeli Song Book”.

The new arrangements provide a fresh perspective on these songs, influenced by Modern Jazz.

Tunes such as "If it is Love” (Matti Caspi / Ehud Manor), “Voices” (Misha Segal/Rachel Shapira) and “Song with No Name” (Shalom Hanoch).

The program was featured in the “Pianos” festival (Jerusalem 2024) and the Tel-Aviv Jazz Festival (2009) as a special program to celebrate Tel-Aviv’s 100th year anniversary, and is available in an Instrumental Trio or Quartet setting or with a vocalist.
